SIZED partnered with London’s Gallery FUMI to lead their strategic expansion into the Los Angeles market through a month-long popup. Tasked with driving brand awareness and fostering key cultural connections, SIZED developed a comprehensive brand strategy that aligned Gallery FUMI’s identity with LA’s vibrant creative scene.

Leveraging relationships with cultural powerhouses like Cultured Magazine, The Downtown LA Proper, and Yola Mezcal, SIZED curated a series of sponsored activations that drew the attention of influential figures across the art, design, and media landscapes. These activations included a private preview, an exclusive rooftop party at The Downtown LA Proper, and a celebratory dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Dahlia, in honor of Max Lamb’s first solo exhibition in Los Angeles in years.

SIZED also took charge of designing all marketing collateral for the popup, ensuring a cohesive campaign that resonated with both the gallery’s established London clientele and new Los Angeles audiences. Through a blend of strategic partnerships, bespoke event programming, and refined visual branding, SIZED positioned Gallery FUMI as a significant player in LA’s design community, creating an indelible impression that furthered the gallery’s reach in a new market.
