SIZED temporarily inhabited Dries Van Noten’s Los Angeles arts space and adjacent retail store to present BOND, a two-month exhibition inspired by the Japanese art of Ikebana. The project explored the tension and harmony between objects and space — treating placement as a sculptural act and the environment itself as a medium.

A curated selection of works by artists and designers was arranged throughout the space, guided by principles of restraint and balance. The adjacent retail interior was subtly reimagined to echo the exhibition’s atmosphere, allowing the two spaces to exist in quiet dialogue.

BOND extended beyond the visual: printed matter, digital collateral, and ambient details were designed to carry the show’s tone throughout every touchpoint. The exhibition culminated in a gathering hosted with Yola Mezcal and Aplós — a closing moment that brought together artists, designers, and creative communities across the city.
